"Thats what happens when people use a NON COMPLIANT DOT CARRIER, they are ILLEGAL to transport your shipment and people like this scamm people all the time. The big problem is USHIP DOESNT make sure that the carriers on their site are LEGAL CARRIERS EVEN though in their USER AGREEMENT they say that you have to be a DOT COMPLAINT CARRIER or they say that all carriers have to have the proper LICENSE to transport anything from their web site. Its what is called SELECTIVE USER AGREEMENT ENFORCEMENT. They only enforce what they feel is needed and what will make them money."
